The word "mission" carries profound significance, rooted in the very teachings of Jesus himself. In Luke 10:1ff, we find Jesus sending his disciples out as missionaries to spread his message to the far corners of the world. This divine mission command has inspired countless individuals and groups to embark on journeys of faith and service. Among them, the Kristu Dasi sisters have answered this call by venturing to the distant corners of India, specifically the north-eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, and Manipur. In these regions, they have dedicated themselves to a multifaceted mission, including village visits, educational ministry, clinical services, and catechism. The tireless efforts of 15 dedicated sisters exemplify the unwavering commitment to fulfilling their divine mission, bringing light and hope to the people they serve in these remote parts of India.
