Introduction
ഡിസൈൻ കോഴ്സുകളിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി നോയിഡയിലെ ഫുട്വെയർ ഡിസൈൻ ആൻഡ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് നടത്തുന്ന ദേശീയ തല പരീക്ഷയാണ് FDDI AIST. ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന വിവിധ ബാച്ചിലേഴ്സ് ഡിഗ്രി & മാസ്റ്റേഴ്സ് ഡിഗ്രി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനത്തിനായി നടത്തുന്ന പേപ്പർ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള പരീക്ഷയാണ് FDDI എൻട്രൻസ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (FDDI AIST).
Exam Highlights
Eligibility for UG Courses:
- Candidates must have passed or appeared in 10+2/ qualifying examinations in the academic year 2021-22 in any stream from any recognized board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or their equivalent.
- Candidates appearing in the 10+2 examination are eligible to apply for FDDI AIST, however, they have to produce proof of having appeared for the examination during the counselling process of FDDI programmes.
- The age limit for the candidate to apply for UG programmes is 25 years as on 1st July 2022
Eligibility for PG Courses
For M.Des. – Footwear Design & Production & M.Des- CAD:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Footwear/Leather/fashion/Fine arts/Architecture/Engineering from a recognised university.
For M.B.A (Retail & Fashion Merchandise):
- Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- There is no age limit for the candidate to apply for PG programmes.
- The candidate shall submit the final result of qualifying degree certificate .
- In case, a candidate is not able to prove his/her eligibility, his/her admission will be treated as null and cancelled and the entire fee will be forfeited.

How to Appply
Step 1: Register for FDDI AIST
- First of all, the aspirants need to visit the official website of Footwear Design and Development Institute and click on the "Apply Online” button. Thereafter, candidates need to click on the “New User” link and provide all the details in order to create a registration ID.

Step 2: Fill FDDI AIST application form
- After creating the registration ID, aspirants need to select the course in which they are seeking admission. Further, candidates need to provide their personal, educational and contact details.
Step 3: Upload documents

Step 4: Pay the application fee
- Candidates can pay FDDI AIST 2022 application fee in the online mode via debit/ credit card.
Step 5: Submit AIST application form
- After filling all the details as mentioned above, aspirants need to submit the application form for FDDI AIST. On submitting the registration form for FDDI admissions candidates will be provided with a unique application/registration number which they need to use for all future reference.

Rs 300 - Candidates who are unable to submit the application form for FDDI AIST 2022 within the application window will be given a chance to fill the application form with a late fee. The additional fee that aspirants need to pay in order to submit their FDDI AIST application form after the deadline is as mentioned below:
