Introduction

നാഷണൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഫാഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി അതിന്റെ ബിരുദ (ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് ഡിസൈൻ, ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് ഫാഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി), ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ്സുകളിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനത്തിനായി എല്ലാ വർഷവും NIFT പ്രവേശന പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്നു. ബെംഗളൂരു, ഭോപ്പാൽ, ഗാന്ധിനഗർ, ജോധ്പൂർ, കൻഗ്ര, കണ്ണൂർ, റായ്ബറേലി, ഷില്ലോംഗ്, ഭുവനേശ്വർ, ഹൈദരാബാദ്, ചെന്നൈ, കൊൽക്കത്ത, പട്ന, മുംബൈ, ശ്രീനഗർ, ന്യൂഡൽഹി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ NIFT- യുടെ 16 കാമ്പസുകളിൽ നൽകുന്ന കോഴ്സുകളിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനത്തിന് NIFT സ്കോർ ബാധകമാണ്.

Exam Highlights

Eligibility Criteria for UG Course

  • A candidate should not be more than 23 years of age as of 1st October 2020. However, there is an age relaxation of 5 years for the Reserved Category candidates.
  • A candidate should have passed class 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
  • A Diploma in Engineering (3 or 4 years) is required for the Bachelor programme in Fashion Technology (B.FTech.).

Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses

  • To pursue M.Des. and MFM programs, candidates should have done Graduation (any discipline) from a recognised University or three years UG Diploma from NIFT/NID. Candidates in the final year of Graduation are also eligible to appear for the exam.
  • To pursue M.FTech, candidates should have done B.FTech. from NIFT or B. Tech/B.E. from a recognised University.
    There is no age limit for the NIFT Exam.

How to Apply

Step 1

  • A candidate should visit the official website of the NIFT Admissions.

Step 2

  • Click on the ‘Fresh Candidate to create Log-in (New Log In) button.

Step 3

  • Enter the information – candidate’s name, DOB, category, email ID, programme type and programme name to complete the registration process.

Step 4

  • Upon successful registration, a candidate will be given a Registration id with a Login ID and password.

Step 5

  • Now, log-in to your account to complete the registration process.

Step 6

  • Complete the remaining details, upload scanned images of your photograph and signature, and make the fee payment.

Step 7

  • Before submitting the application form, a candidate should check it to make corrections for any error.
  • Take a print out of the completed application form.
