നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി, നാഗ്പൂർ എൻഎൽയു, നാഗ്പൂർ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ആക്റ്റ് (2014 ലെ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര നിയമം നമ്പർ VI) എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന നിയമപ്രകാരം മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചതാണ്, കൂടാതെ രാജ്യത്തെ പത്തൊൻപതാമത് നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയായി യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നു. സ്ഥാപക അംഗങ്ങൾ, ദീർഘവീക്ഷണമുള്ളവർ, അഭ്യുദയകാംക്ഷികൾ, വിവിധ നിയമാനുസൃത ബോഡി അംഗങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരുടെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിലും സമർപ്പിതരായ ഫാക്കൽറ്റി അംഗങ്ങൾ, സ്റ്റാഫ്, വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ എന്നിവരോടൊപ്പം നിയമവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയിൽ മികവ് കൈവരിക്കുക എന്ന സ്വപ്നത്തിലേക്ക് സർവകലാശാല അതിവേഗം മുന്നേറുകയാണ്.

1.B.A.LL.B. (Hons.)
- B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) Five-Year Integrated Degree Programme provides interdisciplinary understanding of law with Social Sciences and Humanities. This strong social, economic, political, and cultural interface of law and the multidisciplinary learning in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) prepares our students for in-depth understanding of sustentative and procedural law and governance in national and international contexts. The Programme is designed and upgraded regularly to suit the dynamics of changing society and the globalized world.

2. B.A.LL.B. (Honours in Adjudication and Justicing)
- This Five-Year duration degree course comprises of intensive and exhaustive practical training with regular Internships and Judicial Clerkship and Sixmonths of Apprenticeship (Semester-X) under the guardianship of High Court Justicesand District Judges. B.A.LL.B. (Honours in Adjudication and Justicing) is a residential Degree Course that aims to equip the students with critical legal thinking for entry level of Judiciary.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary Education i.e., PLus two or an equivalent examination with forty-five percent (45%) or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved / OBC / PWD categories and forty percent (40%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Categories;
Candidate should be an Indian Citizen; and The age of the candidate should not be more than 20 (twenty) years as on the date of application.

3. LLM
The One Year LL.M Degree Programme is offered in accordance with the UGC One Year LL.M Programme guidelines and regulations approved by the University Statutory Councils. The One Year LL.M Programme caters to the advanced academic and research needs of students who desire to pursue higher education in law with a focus on joining legal academia, judicial service or ligation

4. Ph.D
- The University is committed achieving excellence in the field of legal education by promoting innovative research in the field of Law, Social Sciences and Humanities. The University is inviting applications from the eligible candidates for its Ph.D. Degree programme.
Eligibility
- Obtained a Master’s Degree in Law (regular mode) from any recognized University including a foreign University securing not less than 55% marks or its equivalent.
Or - Obtained a Master’s Degree (regular mode) in any discipline from a recognized University including a foreign University with not less than 55% marks or its equivalent. Provided that the candidate with qualifications in Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities may pursue his / her research interfacing with public policy or law. Provided further that the candidate whose final result of the qualifying examination is awaited, for any reason, shall be allowed to appear provisionally in the admission test. Such candidate shall have to produce the final result of the qualifying examination at the time of the final presentation of his / her Ph.D. proposal. Provided further that the requirement of 55% marks or its equivalent at Master’s Degree is relaxed to 50% marks or its equivalent in case of candidate belonging to SC / ST / OBC (non- creamy layer) and Specially Abled Persons (SAP).
Or - A Judge who has served for minimum three years as a Judge of High Court in India or Judge of the Supreme Court of India.
The candidate who has passed the Company Secretary examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has been awarded the Associate Membership of the Institute (ACS) and having a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognised University through regular stream shall be eligible for admission to the programme. Provided that the research he / she wishes to pursue interfaces with a special focus on public policy or law.
Or - The candidate who has passed the Chartered Accountants examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi and has been awarded Membership of the Institute and having a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognised University through regular stream shall be eligible for admission to the programme. Provided that the research he / she wishes to pursue interfaces with a special focus on public policy or law.
Entrance Examination
- There shall be an All India Entrance Test (AIET) for Ph.D. Degree programme.
5. Postgraduate Diploma
- The PG Diploma courses will be spread over two semesters and there will be contact classes every semester on weekend classes i.e on Saturday and Sunday. Contact classes will be scheduled in the month of August-November and April-May of the academic year for two weeks and exams will be conducted in the First weekend of April and August respectively

Eligibility
- The eligibility for admission to Diploma Courses shall be any graduate with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of reserved categories) from a recognized University. Students undertaking five-year integrated Degree Courses shall be eligible for admission (only Fourth and Fifth Year students).
There is no age limit. Professionals and Employees are also eligible for the admission.
