ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് (IIM) 2010-ൽ ഛത്തീസ്ഗഢിന്റെ തലസ്ഥാനമായ റായ്പൂരിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. ധാതു, വനം, പ്രകൃതി, പ്രാദേശിക വിഭവങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയാൽ സമ്പന്നമായ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വേഗത്തിൽ വളരുന്ന സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലൊന്നാണ് ഛത്തീസ്ഗഡ്.ബിസിനസ്സ്, വാണിജ്യം, വ്യവസായം എന്നിവയിൽ പ്രതിജ്ഞാബദ്ധരായ ധാർമ്മിക നേതാക്കളെ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് വ്യക്തമായ പങ്കുവഹിക്കുന്നു . .മാത്രമല്ല രാഷ്ട്രനിർമ്മാണത്തിലും ആഗോളതലത്തിൽ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ പുരോഗതിക്കും കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിലും സ്ഥാപനം ലക്‌ഷ്യം വയ്ക്കുന്നു . 

Programmes offered

1.Post-Graduate Programme in Management

Entrance Examination

• Entrance ExaminationThere are three sections in CAT exam, namely, ‘Quantitative Aptitude' (QA), ‘Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning' (DILR) and ‘Verbal and Reading Comprehension' (VRC).

2.Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM)

The Institute presently offers EFPM in the following areas of specializations:

• Business Policy and Strategy
• Economics and Business Environment
• Finance and Accounting
• Marketing
• Operations Management
• Decision Sciences
• Organisational Behaviour & HRM
• Information Technology and Systems

Eligibility

• The candidates for the programme must have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India, or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution approved by AICTE.
•  A Master’s degree in any discipline, with at least 60 percent aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average
  or
• A PGP/EPGP/PGPWE from IIMs with minimum grade point equivalent to 6.0 out of 10 point scale (with no ‘F’s and not more than two ‘D’s in the first year of PGP)
  or
• Any professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA with degree and CS with B. Com degree along with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent grade point average
  or
• A Five-year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline, with at least 60 percent aggregate marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent
  or
• A four year/8 semester Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/B.Arch) with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 or equivalent.

4.Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (ePGP)

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline, awarded by any of the recognized universities and minimum 2 years of post-qualification full-time managerial/entrepreneurial/professional work experience.

5.Ph.D programmes

The Institute presently offers Ph.D. in the following areas of specializations:

• Organizational Behaviour & HRM
• Information Technology and Systems

Entrance examination

• Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the IIMs. Alternatively, those who have qualified GATE, GRE, GMAT or JRF (UGC/CSIR) or UGC-NET examinations can also apply in the relevant area of specialization.
