Course Introduction:
B.Sc. Agricultural Biotechnology എന്നത് ഒരു ബിരുദ അഗ്രിക്കൾച്ചറൽ കോഴ്‌സാണ്. കാർഷിക ഉൽ‌പന്നങ്ങളുടെ ഉൽ‌പാദനം വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി വിവിധ ഓർഗാനിസംസിൻ്റെ ജനിതക രൂപീകരണം മനസിലാക്കാനും കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യാനും കാർഷിക ബയോടെക്നോളജി സഹായിക്കുന്നു. നമ്മുടെ ജീവിതത്തിൻ്റെ മൊത്തത്തിലുള്ള പുരോഗതിക്കായി വിവിധതരം വിളകളും മറ്റ് ഉൽ‌പന്നങ്ങളും ഉൽ‌പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് കാർഷിക ബയോടെക്നോളജി സഹായിക്കുന്നു. കാർഷിക ബയോ ടെക്നോളജിസ്റ്റുകൾ ഉയർന്ന വിളവ് നൽകുന്ന, രോഗ പ്രതിരോധശേഷിയുള്ള സസ്യങ്ങൾ, കൂടുതൽ ഷെൽഫ് ആയുസ്സുള്ള പൂക്കള്‍, പച്ചക്കറികള്‍, തുടങ്ങിയവ രാസ കീടനാശിനികളുടെ കുറഞ്ഞ ഉപയോഗത്തോടെ വള‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ര്‍ത്തിയെടുക്കാനും, പോഷകസമൃദ്ധമായ ഭക്ഷണ വസ്തുക്കള്‍ വികസിപ്പിച്ചെടുക്കാനും വേണ്ടി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.
