Course Introduction:

ബയോകെമിക്കൽ ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്പാദനം, വികസനം എന്നിവയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന ഒരു പ്രോഗ്രാമാണ് ബിടെക് ഇൻ ബയോകെമിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്. മനുഷ്യൻ്റെ ജീവിതശൈലിയുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉയർത്താൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഗവേഷണങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നതിന് ബയോളജി, ടെക്നോളജി, എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് എന്നിവയുടെ വിവിധ വശങ്ങൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്നതാണ് ഈ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ശാഖ.ബയോകെമിക്കൽ എഞ്ചിനീയർമാർ വിവിധതരം പ്രകൃതിദത്ത, കൃത്രിമ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ വികസന പ്രക്രിയയെക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിക്കുന്നു. ഈ പ്രക്രിയകളിൽ എണ്ണ ശുദ്ധീകരണം, പാരിസ്ഥിതിക വികസനം, പാരിസ്ഥിതിക മാറ്റങ്ങൾ, വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്ന മരുന്നുകൾ ആരോഗ്യസംരക്ഷണ മേഖലയുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരം, രോഗനിർണയ പ്രക്രിയകൾ, ഭക്ഷ്യ സംസ്കരണം, മരുന്നുകൾ, തുടങ്ങിയവ ഇതിൽ  ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു
