എം.എസ്‌സി ന്യൂട്രിഷൻ ആൻഡ് ഫുഡ് പ്രോസസ്സിംഗ് 2 വർഷത്തെ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദമാണ്, ഇത് ഭക്ഷ്യ ഉൽപ്പാദനത്തിലും ഭക്ഷ്യ വികസനത്തിലും ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നു.പബ്ലിക് ഹെൽത്ത് ന്യൂട്രീഷൻ, ക്ലിനിക്കൽ ന്യൂട്രീഷൻ, ഫുഡ് സയൻസ്, ന്യൂട്രീഷൻ എന്നിങ്ങനെ മൂന്ന് സ്പെഷ്യലൈസേഷനുകളിൽ കോഴ്‌സ് ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നു.

Course Eligibility:
- അംഗീകൃത യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഏതെങ്കിലും സയന്‍സ് വിഷയത്തില്‍, (Chemistry,Psychology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food and nutrition) 55 ശതമാനം മാര്‍ക്കില്‍ കുറയാത്ത ബിരുദം. ഡിഗ്രി മാര്‍ക്കിന്‍റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ആണ് പ്രവേശനം നല്‍കുക. അംഗീകൃത യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റിയില്‍ നിന്ന് ഏതെങ്കിലും സയന്‍സ് വിഷയത്തില്‍ 55 ശതമാനം മാര്‍ക്കില്‍ കുറയാത്ത ബിരുദം. ഡിഗ്രി മാര്‍ക്കിന്‍റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ ആണ് പ്രവേശനം നല്‍കുക.
