Introduction

Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala invites applications for Hindi Scholarship for undergraduate and postgraduate students of Kerala who have taken Hindi as one of the subjects in the current course.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Be a native of Kerala
  • Have taken Hindi as a sub-subject at the degree level and as the main subject in B.Ed, M.Ed, MA, MPhil, PhD 

Scholarship rewards

  • INR 500 per month to 180 undergraduate students
  • INR 1,000 per month to 59 postgraduate students

Application process

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps -

  • Step 1: Visit the official website and click on the 'Apply Now button.
  • Step 2: Read the guidelines carefully, select the undertaking, and 'Continue'. 
  • Step 3: Fill in the registration details of matriculation or equivalent examination. 
  • Step 4: A registration ID will be generated automatically. 
  • Step 5: Proceed to complete the registration process and submit. (Important: Note down the registration ID as well as the password for further reference.)
  • Step 6: Click on 'Candidate Login' to complete the application process.
