എം.എസ്സി. വെറ്ററിനറി ഫാർമക്കോളജി & ടോക്സിക്കോളജി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ  വെറ്ററിനറി ഫാർമക്കോളജി & ടോക്സിക്കോളജിയിൽ  മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് സയൻസ് ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര വെറ്ററിനറി സയൻസ് കോഴ്സാണ്. മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് വളർത്തു മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ മെഡിക്കൽ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയാ ചികിത്സയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഒരു ശാസ്ത്രമാണ് വെറ്ററിനറി ഫാർമക്കോളജി. ഗാർഹിക, വന്യമൃഗങ്ങളെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട പാരിസ്ഥിതിക, ഭക്ഷ്യ അപകടങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ശാസ്ത്രീയ പഠനവും രാസ മറുമരുന്ന്, ചികിത്സ എന്നിവയുടെ വികസനവും പ്രവർത്തനവും കോഴ്‌സ് കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നു. ചെറുതും വലുതുമായ അനിമൽ ടോക്സിക്കോളജി, ഫാർമക്കോളജി, ന്യൂറോടോക്സിക്കോളജി, ഫാർമകോഡൈനാമിക്സ്, ഫാർമക്കോകിനറ്റിക്സ്, ന്യൂറോഫാർമക്കോളജി, സെനോബയോട്ടിക്സ്,  മരുന്ന് പ്രതിരോധം, കീടനാശിനികൾ, ടോക്സിയോളജിക്കൽ പാത്തോളജി, ജനിതക, മോളിക്യുലർ ടോക്സിക്കോളജി, എൻവയോൺമെന്റ് ടോക്സിക്കോളജി, വിഷ വിശകലനം, വിലയിരുത്തൽ, പരിസ്ഥിതി റേഡിയോളജി എന്നിവ ഇതിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
