Course Introduction:

മ്യൂസിയോളജി കോഴ്‌സിൽ, കൈയെഴുത്തുപ്രതികൾ, കലാസൃഷ്ടികൾ, ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ, മൺപാത്രങ്ങൾ, മൺപാത്രങ്ങൾ, ഘടനകൾ, കെട്ടിടങ്ങൾ, ശവക്കുഴികൾ മുതലായ ഭൗതിക     തെളിവുകളിലൂടെ നിങ്ങൾ പുരാതന ഭൂതകാലത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് പഠിക്കും. അത്തരം വസ്തുക്കൾ വീണ്ടെടുത്ത് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ, മനുഷ്യനെക്കുറിച്ച് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു പുരാതന കാലഘട്ടത്തിൽ പ്രചാരത്തിലുള്ള ജീവിതവും സംസ്കാരവും. പുരാവസ്തു സമ്പ്രദായങ്ങൾ, രീതികൾ, പുരാവസ്തു കണ്ടെത്തലുകൾ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സമീപനം എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് കോഴ്‌സ് നിങ്ങളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഈ കോഴ്സിലൂടെ, അവശിഷ്ടങ്ങൾ, ഘടനകൾ എന്നിവ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിൻ്റെ ചരിത്രപരമായ വശങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും മ്യൂസിയങ്ങൾ എന്ന ആശയം എങ്ങനെ പ്രയോഗത്തിൽ വന്നു എന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും നിങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു. മ്യൂസിയങ്ങളുമായി വരുമ്പോൾ , നൈതികതയെയും നയങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ച്  മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു. പുരാതന കാലത്ത് അനുഷ്ഠിച്ചിരുന്ന ആചാരങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും പുരാതന ആളുകൾ അവരുടെ മരിച്ചവരെ സംസ്കരിക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും ശ്മശാന രീതികളെക്കുറിച്ചും മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നു. ഉത്ഖനന രീതികൾ മുതൽ ഖനനം ചെയ്ത സൈറ്റുകളുടെ ഡേറ്റിംഗ്, വ്യാഖ്യാനം വരെ, അത്തരം മറ്റ് വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ഒരാൾക്ക് ഉപയോഗപ്രദമായ ഇൻപുട്ടുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നു.

Course Eligibility:

• Aspiring students after passing plus two in any stream from a recognized board are eligible for it.
• The admissions are usually based on merit in the qualifying examination. In some of the colleges, the admissions are based on merit, interview or written test.
