എംടെക് മറൈൻ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര മറൈൻ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോഴ്സാണ്. ഈ കോഴ്സ് നാവിക, ഓഫ്‌ഷോർ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം ഡിസൈൻ, ഉത്പാദനം, പരിപാലനം എന്നിവയിൽ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കുന്നു. നാവിക ആര്‍ക്കിടെക്ട് , കപ്പല്‍ നിര്‍മ്മാണം എന്നിവയുമായും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടുള്ള പഠനങ്ങൾ കോഴ്സിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു .
