Course Introduction:

 ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനാ നിയമങ്ങളിലും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന തത്വങ്ങളിലും ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദമാണ് എൽ.എൽ.എം ഭരണഘടനാ നിയമം. ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനാ നിയമങ്ങളിലും ഇന്ത്യൻ ഭരണഘടനയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന തത്വങ്ങളിലും ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദമാണ് എൽ.എൽ.എം ഭരണഘടനാ നിയമം. കോഴ്‌സിന് സാധാരണയായി 2 വർഷം ദൈർഘ്യമുണ്ട്, എന്നാൽ നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി, ജുഡീഷ്യൽ അക്കാദമി അസം തുടങ്ങിയ ചില മുൻനിര കോളേജുകളും ഭരണഘടനാ നിയമത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള 1 വർഷത്തെ എൽഎൽഎം കോഴ്‌സ് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

Course Eligibility:

  • The candidates must complete their LLB from a recognized university. Candidates with BA LLB and BSc LLB are also allowed. 
  • The minimum marks required in graduation varies between 45% and 60% depending on the college. But, most colleges set the minimum required marks to 50%.
  • The candidates must also qualify the required entrance exam to be eligible for admission.
