ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ആൻഡ് ടെക്നോളജി (ഐഐഐടി) ഗുവാഹത്തി, അസമിലെ മാനവ വിഭവശേഷി വികസന മന്ത്രാലയം (എംഎച്ച്ആർഡി) 2013 ൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി ഗുവാഹത്തി (IIIT G) ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ആസാമിലാണ് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത് . . പാർലമെന്റ് ആക്റ്റ് 2017 പ്രകാരം ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് "ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് നാഷണൽ ഇംപോർട്ടൻസ്" ആയി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. IIIT ഗുവാഹത്തി (IIITG) കാമ്പസ് 67 ഏക്കർ പ്ലോട്ടിലാണ് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്.പൊതു-സ്വകാര്യ പങ്കാളിത്ത (പിപിപി) മോഡിൽ എംഎച്ച്ആർഡി, ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റാണ് ഇത് സ്ഥാപിച്ചത്. 2017-ലെ ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി (പബ്ലിക്-പ്രൈവറ്റ് പാർട്ണർഷിപ്പ്) ആക്ട് പ്രകാരം ദേശീയ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള ഒരു സ്ഥാപനമായി ഇത് പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കപ്പെട്ടു.

Eligibility

  • The candidate must complete their 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 60% marks for candidates from the general category and 55% marks for the candidates in the reserved category.
  • Maths and Physics are compulsory subjects.

3.Ph.D Programme

Eligibility 

  • The minimum requirement is a B.E/ B.Tech. for Engineering disciplines and a Master’s degree for other disciplines.

  • Graduation in BTech/B.E./M.Sc in science and engineering stream from a recognized institution with at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA.

  • Post Graduation in MTech/M.E. in science and engineering relevant stream from a recognized institution with 60% or 6.0 CGPA.

Entrance examamination

  • written test and interview by IIIT Guwahati
