പിഎച്ച്ഡി. വെറ്ററിനറി പാത്തോളജി ഒരു ഡോക്ടറേറ്റ് വെറ്ററിനറി സയൻസ് ആണ്. മൃഗങ്ങളുടെ കോശങ്ങളുടെയും ശരീര ദ്രാവകങ്ങളുടെയും പരിശോധന വെറ്ററിനറി പാത്തോളജിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു . പിഎച്ച്ഡി. വളർത്തുമൃഗങ്ങളിലെയും , വന്യമൃഗങ്ങളിലെ രോഗത്തിന്റെ വികാസത്തെയും പ്രക്രിയയെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ള ശാസ്ത്രീയ പഠനത്തിലും രോഗനിർണയം, പ്രതിരോധം, ചികിത്സ എന്നിവയിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രയോഗങ്ങളിലും വെറ്ററിനറി പാത്തോളജി ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്നു. രോഗകാരി, രോഗപ്രതിരോധ ശേഷി, വൈറൽ തെറാപ്പി, പാരമ്പര്യമായി ഉപാപചയ രോഗങ്ങൾ, പരിസ്ഥിതി ടോക്സിക്കോളജി, അനാട്ടമിക്കൽ, ക്ലിനിക്കൽ പാത്തോളജി, നെക്രോപ്‌സി, ബയോപ്‌സി ടെക്നിക്കുകൾ, ക്ലിനിക്കൽ ലബോറട്ടറി വിശകലനം, പാത്തോളജിക്കൽ വ്യാഖ്യാനം, രോഗനിർണയം എന്നിവ കോഴ്‌സിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
Course Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed M.Phil. Degree and a Post-Graduate degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a University or a recognized institution of higher training.
Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PH candidates) or an equivalent grade from a university or a recognized institution of higher learning and five years of teaching/ industry/ administration/ professional experience at senior level.
