Course Introduction:
എൽഎൽഎം ഓർ മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് ലെജിസ്ലേറ്റീവ് ലോ ഇൻ ഹ്യൂമൻ എന്നത് ഒരു ബിരുദാന്തര ബിരുദ നിയമ കോഴ്‌സാണ്. ഏകദേശം രണ്ടു വർഷം പഠന കാലാവധി ഉള്ള ഈ കോഴ്സിൽ വിദ്യാർഥികൾ ക്രമസമാധാന പരിപാലനവും നടപടി ക്രമങ്ങളും കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു. സ്ത്രീകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിഷയങ്ങൾ, തൊഴിൽ, അഭയാർത്ഥി, കുട്ടികൾ, ക്രിമിനൽ നീതി എന്നിങ്ങനെ പലമേഖലകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു കിടക്കുന്ന അടിസ്ഥാന മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങളെയും പ്രശ്നങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവ് വളർത്തിയെടുക്കുന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് കോഴ്സ് രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിയമത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ വശങ്ങൾ, ഭരണനിർവഹണം, ജുഡീഷ്യൽ വശങ്ങൾ, പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് മനുഷ്യാവകാശങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ഒരു സമഗ്ര സമീപനമാണ് ഈ കോഴ്സ് കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നത്.
