ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മെഡിക്കൽ സയൻസസ്, ഭുവനേശ്വർ, പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സ്വാസ്ഥ്യ സുരക്ഷാ യോജനയ്ക്ക് (PMSSY) കീഴിൽ ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യ-കുടുംബക്ഷേമ മന്ത്രാലയം സ്ഥാപിച്ച അപെക്സ് ഹെൽത്ത് കെയർ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. ഈ സ്‌കീമിന് കീഴിൽ, ന്യൂഡൽഹിയിലേത് കൂടാതെ പട്‌ന, റായ്പൂർ, ഭോപ്പാൽ, ഭുവനേശ്വർ, ജോധ്പൂർ, ഋഷികേശ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ ആറ് പുതിയ ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മെഡിക്കൽ സയൻസസ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.2012 ജൂലൈ 16-ന് പാസാക്കിയ ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മെഡിക്കൽ സയൻസസ് (ഭേദഗതി) ഓർഡിനൻസ് വഴി ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മെഡിക്കൽ സയൻസസ്, ഭുവനേശ്വർ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനമായും ദേശീയ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപനമായും സ്ഥാപിതമായി.
UG Programmes Offered

The Course of studies leading to the award of degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar shall last for a minimum of 5½ academic years including one year of compulsory internship.

- Minimum aggregate of 55% with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as mandatory subjects

2.BSc (Hons) Nursing
The Course of studies leading to the award of degree of the BSc (Hons) Nursing Course of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar shall last for a minimum of 4 academic years.
Eligibility
- Minimum aggregate of 55% in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as mandatory subjects.
