Overview
2003 ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായ ഹിദായത്തുള്ള നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ഒന്നര പതിറ്റാണ്ടിലേറെ നീണ്ട യാത്ര പൂർത്തിയാക്കി. ഇത്രയും ചുരുങ്ങിയ സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ, ഇന്ത്യയിലുടനീളമുള്ള നിയമവിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയിൽ എച്ച്എൻഎൽയു ഒരു ഇടം നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്, കൂടാതെ പാരമ്പര്യം അനുദിനം പുതിയ ഉയരങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കുതിച്ചുയരുകയാണ്. ഛത്തീസ്ഗഢിലെ ഹിദായത്തുള്ള നാഷണൽ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ഓഫ് ലോ, ആക്ട് (2003 ലെ നിയമം നമ്പർ 10) പ്രകാരം ഛത്തീസ്ഗഢ് ഗവൺമെന്റ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചതാണ് മഹത്തായ നിയമജ്ഞനായ ജസ്റ്റിസ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഹിദായത്തുള്ളയുടെ പേരിലുള്ള ഈ സർവ്വകലാശാല. ഇന്ത്യയിലുടനീളമുള്ള നാഷണൽ ലോ സ്കൂളുകളുടെ പരമ്പരയിലെ ആറാമത്തെ സ്ഥാപനമാണ് എച്ച്എൻഎൽയു.1956 ലെ യുജിസി നിയമത്തിലെ സെക്ഷൻ 2(എഫ്) പ്രകാരം യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ഗ്രാന്റ്സ് കമ്മീഷൻ പരിപാലിക്കുന്ന സർവ്വകലാശാലകളുടെ പട്ടികയിൽ എച്ച്എൻഎൽയു ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്, കൂടാതെ സെക്ഷൻ 12 (B) പ്രകാരം രൂപപ്പെടുത്തിയ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ച് കേന്ദ്ര സഹായം സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ യോഗ്യമാണെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. യുജിസി നിയമം, 1956, 1961ലെ അഭിഭാഷക നിയമത്തിലെ സെക്ഷൻ 7 പ്രകാരം ബാർ കൗൺസിൽ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ അംഗീകാരമുള്ളതാണ് സർവകലാശാല.

- HNLU offers one-year LL. M. Program spread over two Semesters. The LL.M. program is designed to inculcate research skills and analytical abilities in students. In addition to classroom training imparted through innovative teaching methods, the LL. M. Program is focused on self-learning and research conducted by the students under the guidance of the faculty members
