നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി-ജോധ്പൂർ (എൻഎൽയുജെ) രാജസ്ഥാനിലെ ജോധ്പൂരിലെ ഊർജ്ജസ്വലവും വർണ്ണാഭമായതുമായ നഗരത്തിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയിലെ മുൻനിര ലോ സ്കൂളുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. എൻഎൽയുജെ ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച ലോ സ്കൂളുകളിൽ ഒന്നായി സ്ഥിരമായി റാങ്ക് ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. എൻഎൽയുജെ-ൽ നിന്ന് പാസായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ ഇന്ത്യയിലും വിദേശത്തുമുള്ള മുൻനിര നിയമ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നു, ചിലർ കോടതികളിൽ പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യുന്നു, ചിലർ ലീഗൽ അക്കാദമിക് രംഗത്ത് പ്രവേശിച്ചു. യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി അതുല്യമായ അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തെ സംയോജിത ബിരുദ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. എൽ.എൽ.ഡി., പി.എച്ച്.ഡി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളും സർവകലാശാല വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
Programmes Offered
1.B.B.A.,LL.B. (Hons)
- BBA, LL.B., (Hons.) provides an integrated understanding of the interrelationship of Management Studies and Law in their entirety than in specified areas. These courses in Business Administration cover a vast domain of the contemporary areas of managerial relevance and provide students with an opportunity to focus on strategies to manage business, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurship, the impact of technology on commerce, managing the emerging markets of Asia and other global issues. Study of the course enables the student to develop a competitive edge over their counterparts in other institutions and help in taking them to the zenith of their career.
2.B.A.,LL.B. (Hons.)
- Public policy is the base on which the entire process of governance thrives. It is the dynamic face of state and society. The nature of social, economic and political development of a society is completely dependent upon the public policy formulated by a government. Consequently, there is a strong interface between Law and Public Policy. Therefore, B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) has been designed in accordance with the changing nature of socio-economic conditions of the society. This is based on new developments in the wake of Liberalization and Globalization, which has led to the expansion of market-forces and the new kind of demand has come on the fore. Multidisciplinary integrated learning is truly the hallmark of this course.
3.LL.M.
This LL.M. program is offered in two streams viz.
- Corporate Laws
- Intellectual Property Rights
Entrance Examination
- Admission shall be on the basis of Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
4.M.B.A. (Insurance)
- This program recognises the particular needs of management in the insurance sector, and therefore emphasises on various insurance subjects integrated with subjects such as management, finance, marketing etc.
Eligibility
- Candidate must have Minimum 50% marks in class 10thand 12thand a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline including B.E./B.Tech. from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA.
A relaxation of 5% marks for academic qualification shall be given to candidates belonging to reserve categories.
Entrance Examination
- The candidate must have appeared in CAT or MAT or CMAT and scored minimum,50 percentile in case of CAT, 160 total score in case of CMAT, 400 composite score in case of MAT
5.Ph.D
Eligibility
- Master’s Degree holders in Law with at least 55% aggregate or equivalent Grade point from Indian Universities or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting or assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
- A relaxation of 5% in eligibility criteria will be granted to candidates from SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/SAP1 Categories
