ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് (IIM) മാനേജ്‌മന്റ് മേഖലയിലെ നവീകരണത്തിന്റെയും കഴിവിന്റെയും വിജയത്തിന്റെയും പര്യായമായി മാറിയിരിക്കുന്നു. 2016-ൽ ഇന്ത്യ ഗവൺമെന്റ് ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിൽ ഐഐഎം ജമ്മു സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. 2020 ജനുവരി 24-ന് ശ്രീനഗറിൽ ഐഐഎം ജമ്മു അതിന്റെ ഓഫ്-കാമ്പസ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. തുടക്കം മുതൽ തന്നെ ഐഐഎം ജമ്മു, മികച്ച മൂല്യാധിഷ്‌ഠിത ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ഉയർന്ന നിലവാരമുള്ള ഗവേഷണം, എക്‌സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എന്നിവയ്‌ക്ക് ഉയർന്ന നിലവാരം സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, കൺസൾട്ടൻസി, ശക്തമായ കോർപ്പറേറ്റ്, അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ബന്ധങ്ങൾ. എന്നിവക്ക് ഈ സ്ഥാപനം പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകുന്നു . ഐഐഎം ജമ്മു പ്രാദേശിക, ദേശീയ, ആഗോള വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന സമകാലിക ഗവേഷണത്തെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

1.Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised university

Entrance examination

  • CAT, Personal Interview (conducted through CAP), and Profile (Academic Profile, Work Experience & Gender Diversity),JIPMAT examination

2.Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

  • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is a full-time doctoral programme that offers research scholars opportunities for advanced studies and research in different areas of 'management'. The programme aims to prepare research scholars for careers in teaching and research in management studies, for careers in the academic institutions and in other related disciplines and organizations that require advanced analytical and research capabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications to apply for IIM Jammu’s doctoral programme:

  • A Master's Degree (bachelor’s degree obtained in 10+2+3 pattern, followed by a master’s degree ) or a 5 year Integrated Master’s Degree (obtained after completing higher secondary schooling in 10+2 pattern) in any discipline, with at least 60*# percent marks in the bachelor’s as well as in the master’s degree.
  • Professional qualifications like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 50 percent marks or equivalent grade point averageFive year/four-year Integrated Master’s degree programme in any discipline, with at least 60 percent marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
  • 4 years/8 semester bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 out of 10 or equivalent.
  • Those who are appearing for their final year examination in the current academic year may also apply. However, their admission to the programme will be provisional subject to their successful completion of all requirements for obtaining the relevant degree before 30th June 2022. In addition, the applicant must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in both secondary and higher secondary examination of a board or equivalent.
  • The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades / CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/ institution. If any University/institution confirms that there is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate's CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.

Entrance Examination

  • CAT/GATE/JRF/GMA/GRE Score
    Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for the CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/JRF(UGC/CSIR) (three years from the date of the standard test and should be valid on the deadline of submission of the application form) will be shortlisted on the basis of the details in the application form and the scores of tests as detailed below.
  • Business Policy, Strategy & Entrepreneurship: CAT/GRE/GMAT / JRF(UGC/CSIR)
  • Economics & Business Environment: CAT/GRE/GMAT / JRF(UGC/CSIR)
  • Finance and Accounting: CAT/GRE/GMAT / JRF(UGC/CSIR)
  • IT Systems & Analytics: CAT/GRE/GMAT / JRF(UGC/CSIR)
  • Marketing: CAT/GRE/GMAT / JRF(UGC/CSIR) *
  • OB & HRM: CAT/GRE/GMAT / JRF(UGC/CSIR) *
  • Operations & Supply Chain Management: CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/ JRF (UGC/CSIR)

3.Executive Programs

1.Management Development Programme

  • Management Development Programmes of IIM Jammu are designed to provide working executives with state-of-art concepts and practices in management. They are designed with the objective of providing insights into managerial concepts and techniques relevant for formulating and implementing strategies in various functional areas. Participants gain an overall perspective for decision making by integrating functional and general management approaches.

2.Faculty Development Program

  • The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) of the Indian Institute of Management Jammu, India (IIMJ) aims at the professional development of faculty members of institutions of management education. It is a residential programme that provides rigorous training in general management principles, pedagogical techniques (including case method), cutting-edge research methods and advanced topics in specialized areas.
