മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ഗവേഷണം, കൺസൾട്ടൻസി, പരിശീലനം എന്നിവയിൽ മികവ് പുലർത്തുന്നതിലൂടെ ബിസിനസ്സ്, വ്യവസായം, പൊതു സേവനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുക എന്നതാണ് ഐഐഎം ലഖ്‌നൗവിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം.1984-ലാണ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് സ്ഥാപിതമായത്. അതിനുശേഷം IIML അതിന്റെ ഫാക്കൽറ്റി, പൂർവ്വ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ, സപ്പോർട്ട് സ്റ്റാഫ് എന്നിവയിലൂടെ ദശലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് ആളുകളെ നേരിട്ടോ അല്ലാതെയോ സ്പർശിച്ചു. IIML അതിന്റെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ മൂല്യബോധമുള്ള നേതാക്കന്മാരും മാനേജർമാരും ആഗോള കളിക്കാരുമായി വാർത്തെടുക്കുന്നു. മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് വിജ്ഞാനത്തിന്റെയും പരിശീലനത്തിന്റെയും സൃഷ്ടി, വ്യാപനം, പ്രയോഗം എന്നിവ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടുള്ള വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന അക്കാദമിക പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് നടത്തുന്നു.
Programmes offered
1.Post Graduate Programme
Eligibility
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
(45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category) awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. - The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor’s degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case the candidates are awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the conversion of grades/CGPA to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure certified by the university/ institution from where they have obtained the bachelor’s degree. In case the university/ institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result with 100.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if she/he submits a certificate latest by June 30, 2022 from the Principal/Registrar of her/his College/Institute (issued on or before June 30, 2022) stating that the candidate has completed all the requirements for obtaining the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate.

2. Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management- (PGP-ABM)
Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science/ Agricultural Engineering or allied subjects – (01) Agriculture:Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture Biochemistry, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Entomology, Plant Pathology etc.; (02) Agricultural Engineering; (03) Animal Husbandry /Fisheries; (04) Dairy Science/Technology; (05) Forestry; (06) Food Technology, Food Technology & Management; (07) Horticulture; (08) Rural Studies/Rural Sociology/Rural Cooperatives/Rural Banking; (09) Science: Biology, Biochemistry, Bio-technology(includes Biotechnology Engineering), Botany, Home Science, Life Science, Zoology and (10) Veterinary Science – with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Category], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.The Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing Higher Secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent.
OR
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Category], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India. The Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing Higher Secondary schooling or equivalent with at least two years' experience or strong interest in the field of Agriculture or allied sector.
Such candidates (eligible under criteria 'b' given above) will have to submit a Special Form for PGP-ABM at the time of interview. - The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in the bachelor's degree would be calculated based on the practice followed by the university/institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. 3.Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management -PGP-SM
Eligibility
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PwD category) or equivalent, with at least two years professional experience.
- Shortlisted candidates would be required to submit a Statement of Purpose, the form for which will be made available.

4.Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE)
Eligibility
- Executives with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3), with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA;
- Score of any one of the following tests:
- Valid GMAT/GRE score, the score must be valid till last date of application;
- CAT / XAT / GATE score for the test taken in year 2020 onward;
- PGPWE Entrance Exam to be conducted in January 2022 at IIML, Noida Campus;
- A minimum of 3 years full-time post-qualification (after graduation) work experience as on December 31, 2021.

5.International Programme in Management for Executives or IPMX
Eligibility
- A minimum of 5 years full-time post-qualification (after graduation) work experience as on 31st December 2021.
Executives with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit, with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA;
A valid GMAT or GRE score, the score must be valid till last date of application;
A minimum of 5 years full-time post-qualification (after graduation) work experience as on 31st December 2021.

7.FPM
Eligibility
A Masters' Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate marks
OR
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / four-year graduate degree with 65% marks or equivalent grade point average;
OR
Any professional qualifications such as CA, ICWA and CS with a minimum 55% aggregate marks and B.Com. as an undergraduate degree
OR
Applicants already holding a two/ three year-full-time classroom based PGDM from any of the IIM with a minimum CGPA of 6 on 10 points scale or 60%.;
OR
PGP-WE (earlier WMP) of IIM Lucknow with a minimum CGPA of 6.
OR
- All applicants must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in all their public exam 10th onwards.
- Work experience in industry or academics, though not mandatory, will be given due credit in the selection process. The work experience as full-time executives or as management teachers in an organization/institution (AICTE approved) of repute is only considered as the valid experience.
- Those who are appearing for their final year examination in the current academic year may also apply. However, their admission to the programme will be provisional subject to their successful completion of all requirements for obtaining the relevant degree before 30 June 2021.
- However, for specialization in Agri-Business Management following is the eligibility criteria
- A Masters' degree or its equivalent in Agribusiness Management or any discipline of Agricultural and Allied Sciences with minimum 55% aggregate marks.OR
- A Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural / Food / Biotechnology and Allied Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent grade point average Age Limit
- Applicants must not be more than 55 years as on 30th June, 202

- Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria stated above are required to take Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the IIMs. Alternatively, those who have a valid GATE/GRE/GMAT or JRF/SRF
8.EFPM
Eligibility
a. For General/OBC category:
- Secondary (Class X) and Senior Secondary (Class XI) with minimum 55% marks;
Graduation (non-engineering) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and Post-graduation with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA,
OR Graduation (engineering) with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA.
b. For SC/ST category:
- Secondary (Class X) and Senior Secondary (Class XII) with minimum 50% marks;
Graduation (non-engineering) with minimum 45% marks or equivalent CGPA and Post-graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA,
OR Graduation (engineering) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.(UGC/CSIR/ICAR) score/certificate can also apply in the relevant area of specialization
Entrance Examination

- GATE (test taken in the year 2020 onwards);
