എം.ടെക്. അക്വാ കൾച്ചറൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് ടെക്നോളജി ഇൻ അക്വാ കൾച്ചറൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് രണ്ട് വർഷത്തെ ബിരുദാനന്തര അഗ്രികൾച്ചറൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോഴ്‌സാണ്. അക്വാകൾച്ചർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് എന്നത് കാർഷിക എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗിന്റെ ശാഖയാണ്. അത് ജലജീവികളെയും അവയുടെ ഉൽപാദന സംവിധാനങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ച് പഠിക്കുന്നു.അക്വാകൾച്ചർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്  പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ജലചംക്രമണം, ജലത്തിന്റെ ഗുണനിലവാരം എന്നിവയിൽ ആഴത്തിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ പുലർത്തുന്നു  പമ്പുകൾ, പൈപ്പിംഗ് സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ, മറ്റ് ജലഗതാഗത ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രവർത്തനവും പരിപാലനവും രൂപകൽപ്പനയും ഈ കോഴ്‌സിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.
