ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി റാഞ്ചി, വ്യവസായ പങ്കാളികളായ ടാറ്റ മോട്ടോഴ്‌സ്, ടിസിഎസ്, സിസിഎൽ എന്നിവയുമായി സഹകരിച്ച് പൊതു സ്വകാര്യ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തിൽ  ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റ്, ജാർഖണ്ഡ് ഗവൺമെന്റ് എന്നിവ ചേർന്ന് സ്ഥാപിച്ച ഒരു സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനമാണ്.ഐഐഐടി റാഞ്ചി.ഐഐഐടി റാഞ്ചിക്ക് ധനസഹായം നൽകുന്നത് ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റ് (50%), ജാർഖണ്ഡ് സർക്കാർ (35%), വ്യവസായ പങ്കാളികൾ (15%) എന്നിവരാണ്. കൂടാതെ, ജാർഖണ്ഡിലെ റാഞ്ചിയിൽ ക്യാമ്പസ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിന് സ്ഥലം അനുവദിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ജാർഖണ്ഡ് സർക്കാർ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിന് പിന്തുണ നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഐഐഐടി റാഞ്ചി സ്വയംഭരണാധികാരമുള്ളതും ലാഭേച്ഛയില്ലാത്തതും സ്വയം നിലനിൽക്കുന്നതും അധ്യാപനവും ഗവേഷണവും നയിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനമാണ്.

1.B.Tech Programmes

Computer Science and Engineering

  • The Department of Computer Science & Engineering of IIIT Ranchi offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) course in Computer Science & Engineering.

Entrance Examination

  • Candidates shall be offered colleges based on their All India Ranks in JEE Main. To get admission in IIIT Ranchi, score a good rank in JEE Main and apply through JoSAA .

Electronics and Communication Engineering

  • The department of Electronics & Communication Engineering of IIIT Ranchi offers Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech.) course in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
