വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു .അതിലൊരു പ്രധാന സ്ഥാപനമാണ് നാഷണൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഡിസൈൻ അഹമ്മദാബാദ്.അഹമ്മദാബാദ്, ഗാന്ധിനഗർ, ബെംഗളൂരു എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലായി എൻഐഡിക്ക് മൂന്ന് കാമ്പസുകളാണുള്ളത്. NID അഹമ്മദാബാദ് കാമ്പസ് ഗുജറാത്ത് സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ അഹമ്മദാബാദ് നഗരത്തിലാണ് സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്, ഇത് 8 ബാച്ചിലർ ഡിഗ്രി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളും 7 മാസ്റ്റർ ഡിഗ്രി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളും (2,5 വർഷം) വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു. NID അഹമ്മദാബാദ് കാമ്പസിൽ അടുത്തിടെ പിഎച്ച്.ഡി പ്രോഗ്രാം (5 വർഷം)ആരംഭിച്ചു .

3.Ph D
- A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Design shall be awarded for a period of advanced study that culminates with the design of an innovative solution/approach/method/interface for a product/ communication/service/experience along with an accompanying thesis that extends the body of knowledge and the application of design thinking, process and practice.
The PhD programme in Design shall include the following priority areas this year: Design Education (e.g., pedagogy, design for schools), Design Innovation (e.g., in Railways), Social Innovation (e.g., crafts and culture), and Design Practice.

- Master degree in design/ MPhil/ Bachelor degree with 3-year professional training + Screening + DRT + Interview
Entrance Examination
- ID Ahmedabad admission to PhD programme is based on Design Research Test (DRT). The admission process consists of three steps, namely, Screening, DRT, and Interview. The duration of PhD goes from 3 years to 5 years.
