Course Introduction:
എം.എസ്.സി. പ്ലാന്റ് ബയോകെമിസ്ട്രി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് സയൻസ് ഇൻ പ്ലാന്റ് ബയോകെമിസ്ട്രി ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര അഗ്രികൾച്ചർ സയൻസ് ആൻഡ് ടെക്നോളജി കോഴ്സാണ്. സസ്യങ്ങൾ മനുഷ്യന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തെയും വിജയത്തെയും എങ്ങനെ സ്വാധീനിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും, ഭക്ഷ്യ വിതരണമെന്ന നിലയിലും വ്യാവസായിക, ഫാർമസ്യൂട്ടിക്കൽ ഉൽപന്നങ്ങളുടെ അസംസ്കൃത വസ്തുക്കളെന്ന നിലയിലും അവയുടെ പ്രാധാന്യമെന്താണെന്നും സസ്യ ബയോകെമിസ്ട്രി വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. പ്ലാന്റ് ബയോകെമിസ്ട്രിയിൽ കൂടുതലും രണ്ട് അധ്യയന വർഷങ്ങളാണുള്ളത്, എന്നാൽ ഇത് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിനനുസരിച്ചു വ്യത്യാസപ്പെടുന്നു. കോഴ്‌സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കാനുള്ള ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ സമയവും രണ്ട് വർഷമാണ് കൂടാതെ കോഴ്‌സ് മുഴുവൻ സമയമായും പാർട്ട് ടൈം അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും ലഭ്യമാണ്.
