ഇന്ത്യൻ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി ശ്രീ സിറ്റി, ഐഐഐടി ശ്രീ സിറ്റി (ഐഐഐടിഎസ്) എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം 2013 ൽ പാർലമെന്റിന്റെ നിയമപ്രകാരം ദേശീയ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള ഒരു ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടായി ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രാലയം സ്ഥാപിച്ചു. ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജി വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, ഗവേഷണം, വികസനം എന്നിവയിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയിലെ 20 ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് IIITS.നെല്ലൂർ ഹൈവേയിൽ ചെന്നൈയിൽ നിന്ന് 60 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെ ശ്രീ സിറ്റിയിലാണ് (www.sricity.in) ഈ സ്ഥാപനം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്.IIITS ഒരു പൊതു-സ്വകാര്യ-പങ്കാളിത്ത (PPP) സ്ഥാപനമായി ശ്രീ സിറ്റി ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്ന ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശ് സർക്കാരും വ്യവസായ പങ്കാളികളും ചേർന്ന് ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റാണ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് സ്ഥാപിച്ചത്. ഗവൺമെന്റ്, വ്യവസായം, അക്കാദമിക് മേഖലകളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പ്രമുഖർ അടങ്ങുന്ന ബോർഡ് ഓഫ് ഗവർണേഴ്‌സാണ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിനെ നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത്. ഐഐഐടിഎസ് ബി.ടെക്, എം.ടെക്, എം.എസ്. കൂടാതെ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ സയൻസ് & എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ്, ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് & കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷൻസ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് എന്നീ മേഖലകളിലെ പിഎച്ച്.ഡി പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ സ്ഥാപനം നൽകുന്നു .

Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for admission to the B.Tech program at IIIT Sri City, candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics as compulsory subjects and have a minimum aggregate of 60%.
- Selection of the candidates will be done through the JoSAA/CSAB counselling process. Seats are allocated on the basis of JEE Main result, category, choice filling, availability of seats, and other factors.
2.M.Tech
M.Tech. in AI & ML
Eligibility -GATE Category
- GATE candidates with B.Tech./B.E. in CSE/ECE/equivalent branches are eligible to apply for admission through Centralized Counselling for MTech (CCMT) 2021 portal.In the GATE category, candidates should have a valid GATE score.In the GATE category, candidates have to follow the procedures of CCMT for the admission.GATE category candidates have to choose IIIT Sri City in CCMT portal in order to get admission at IIIT Sri City.The eligibility criteria for the Gate candidates will be governed by the CCMT rules.
Eligibility - Non-GATE Category
- Non-GATE candidates with B.Tech./B.E. in CSE/ECE/equivalent branches are eligible to apply for admission through the institute admission process.In the qualifying degree, the candidates should have passed and secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/PwD candidates. The above mentioned CGPA/Percentage should be awarded by a recognized University/Institute.Only the primary mode of evaluation (CGPA or percentage) as mentioned in the qualifying degree certificate/mark sheet shall be considered while verifying eligibility.Conversion from CGPA to percentage or vice versa given by individual Institute/university will not be allowed.In case, the result of the qualifying degree is awaited, provisional admission is permitted to a candidate subject to meeting above minimum qualifying degree requirements latest by September 15, 2021. In these cases, all exams should have been completed by July 30, 2021. A certificate from the head of the current institute to that effect should be submitted during document verification (the format is provided at the IIITS website).
- Selection ProcessThe M.Tech.selection process is described below. The admission to Gate qualified candidates having valid Gate score is done through CCMT. However, the admission to Non-Gate students is done based on the institute admission process.
- GATE candidates through Centralized Counselling for MTech (CCMT 2021)In the GATE category, candidates should have a valid GATE score.Gate category candidates have to choose IIIT Sri City in CCMT portal in order to get admission at IIIT Sri City.Candidates have to follow the procedures of CCMT for the admission.The eligibility criteria for the Gate candidates will be governed by the CCMT rules.Non-GATE with an undergraduate degree from CFTI institutesThe CFTI applicants will be screened on the basis of their previous academic records and must have at least 8.0 CGPA and demonstrated potential by means of excellence through projects and activities.The screened candidates have to appear for a Coding Test and an Interview at IIIT Sri City, Chittoor.Non-GATE General candidates (Non CFTI or CFTI with < 8.0 CGPA)The applicants will be screened on the basis of their previous academic records.The screened candidates have to appear for a written exam at IIIT Sri City, Chittoor. The syllabus of the test is similar to GATE. The outcome of the test will be used to do the second screening.Those who pass the second screening have to appear for a Coding Test and an Interview at IIIT Sri City, Chittoor.
M.Tech. in Cyber Security

Eligibility:
- A good academic record with ME / M.Tech / MS or equivalent degree in any branch of Engineering/ Technology (OR) Exceptional candidates with Master's in Statistics / Mathematics / Master of Computer Applications / Electronic Sciences / Computer Science / Information Technology (or an associated area with strong background in Mathematics and Programming), or any other related subjects (OR) Exceptional candidates having BE / B.Tech or equivalent degree with CGPA of 9.0 or above and demonstrated research capability by means of research papers, IPs and similar research outcomes may also be considered
4.Ph.D. Part Time
Eligibility:
- Part-Time (Industry / Government of India Research Labs such as DRDO, ISRO etc.): At least First class Master degree in the applicable areas or Exceptional candidates having BE / B.Tech in applicable areas. In both cases, the candidate having Master degree should have at least 2 years documented industrial experience in reputed MNCs or Bachelors degree having 5 years documented industrial experience in reputed MNCs.
