Course Introduction:

എൽഎൽഎം എന്ന് അറിയപ്പെടുന്ന മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് ലെജിസ്ലേറ്റീവ് ലോ, നിയമത്തിലും ഭരണഘടനയിലും ഉപരിപഠനം നടത്താൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കും അനുയോജ്യമാണ്. രണ്ട് വർഷത്തെ ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ്സാണ് എൽഎൽഎം. നിയമപരമായ രീതികളെക്കുറിച്ച് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വിശദമായ അറിവ് ലഭിക്കുന്ന തരത്തിലാണ് ഈ കോഴ്സ് ക്രമീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ കോഴ്സ് നിയമപരമായ കാര്യങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും നിയമ മേഖലയുടെ എല്ലാ വശങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും ഒരു അവലോകനം നൽകുന്നു. അഭിഭാഷകർ രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റെ ഭാവി നിയമനിർമ്മാതാക്കൾ എന്നും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു, അതിനാൽ അവർക്ക് ഭരണഘടനയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിശദമായ അറിവും, വൈദഗ്ധ്യവും ഈ കോഴ്‌സ് നൽകുന്നു.

Course Eligibility:

  • The candidates must complete their LLB from a recognized university. Candidates with BA LLB and BSc LLB are also allowed. 
  • The minimum marks required in graduation varies between 45% and 60% depending on the college. But, most colleges set the minimum required marks to 50%.
  • The candidates must also qualify the required entrance exam to be eligible for admission.
