എം.എസ്സി. മൈക്രോബയോളജി & ഇമ്മ്യൂണോളജി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് സയൻസ് ഇൻ മൈക്രോബയോളജി & ഇമ്മ്യൂണോളജി ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര മൈക്രോബയോളജി പ്രോഗ്രാം ആണ്. മൈക്രോബയോളജി, ഇമ്മ്യൂണോളജി എന്നിവയുടെ സൈദ്ധാന്തികവും പ്രായോഗികവുമായ വശങ്ങളിൽ പരിശീലനം നൽകാൻ കോഴ്‌സ് സഹായിക്കുന്നു, തന്മാത്രാ ജൈവ സാങ്കേതിക വിദ്യകൾക്കും സൂക്ഷ്മജീവികളും രോഗപ്രതിരോധവ്യവസ്ഥയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഇന്റർഫേസിലെ ഇടപെടലുകൾക്കും പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകുന്നു. പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട വൈറൽ, ബാക്ടീരിയ, പരാന്നഭോജികൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അടിസ്ഥാനവും നൂതനവുമായ അറിവ് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കും. മെഡിക്കൽ മൈക്രോബയോളജിയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഒരു ആമുഖ മൊഡ്യൂളിലൂടെയും ബാക്ടീരിയൽ, വൈറൽ പാത്തോജനിസിസ് എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള രണ്ട് പ്രത്യേക മൊഡ്യൂളുകളിലൂടെയും ക്ലിനിക്കലി പ്രസക്തമായ രോഗകാരികളെക്കുറിച്ച് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ പഠിക്കും.

- Candidates should have a graduate degree in a relevant subject(Passed B Sc (Biotech) OR Passed B Sc (Life Sciences) with at least 50% marks)or equivalent with at least 50% marks from a recognised university.
