Overview
PMSSY യുടെ കീഴിൽ ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യ-കുടുംബക്ഷേമ മന്ത്രാലയം സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്ന അപെക്‌സ് ഹെൽത്ത് കെയർ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് എയിംസ്, ബീബിനഗർ. വിശ്വസനീയമായ തൃതീയ ആരോഗ്യ പരിരക്ഷാ സേവനങ്ങളുടെ ലഭ്യതയിലെ പ്രാദേശിക അസന്തുലിതാവസ്ഥ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനും രാജ്യത്ത് ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള മെഡിക്കൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിനുള്ള സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളോടെ 2003-ൽ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി സ്വാസ്ഥ്യ സുരക്ഷാ യോജന (PMSSY) പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു.രാജ്യത്ത്വളരെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നത് സുഗമമാക്കുന്നതിന്, എയിംസ് സ്ഥാപിതമായ എയിംസ് നിയമം ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റ് നിയമനിർമ്മാണം നടത്തി. നിയമത്തിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ച്, ഈ പുതിയ എയിംസിനെ ദേശീയ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് എന്ന് വിളിക്കുന്നു.

Eligibility
- Aggregate of 60% required in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology in 10+2 boards
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.

Eligibility
- The Students must have an M.B.B.S degree with minimum 50% marks from institutions recognized by National Medical Council.
- Moreover, it is mandatory for the aspiring students to complete one year of an internship on or prior to 31st march are also accepted.
