Course Introduction:

അസംസ്കൃത കാർഷിക ഉൽ‌പന്നങ്ങൾ മനുഷ്യ ഉപയോഗത്തിനു അനുയോജ്യവും ഭക്ഷ്യയോഗ്യവുമായ ഉൽ‌പ്പന്നമാക്കി മാറ്റുന്നതിന് രാസ, ജൈവ, ഭൗതിക തത്ത്വങ്ങൾ പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കുന്ന 4 വർഷത്തെ ബിരുദ കോഴ്സാണ് ബിടെക്‌ ഫുഡ് സയൻസ് ആൻഡ് ടെക്നോളജി. വിവിധ ഭക്ഷ്യ സാങ്കേതിക സങ്കൽപ്പങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവ് നൽകുന്നതിന് ഫുഡ് പ്രോസസ്സിംഗ്, ഫുഡ് മൈക്രോബയോളജി തുടങ്ങി വിവിധ ആശയങ്ങൾ ഈ പ്രോഗ്രാമിൻ്റെ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയുടെയും സമ്പദ്‌വ്യവസ്ഥയുടെയും വളർച്ചയിൽ വലിയ വർധനവുണ്ടായതിനാൽ, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ബിടെക് ഫുഡ് സയൻസ് ആൻഡ് ടെക്നോളജിയുടെ തൊഴിൽ സാധ്യത വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്.

• Plus two Science from a recognized Board with at least 70% aggregate
