ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് കൊമേഴ്സ് ആൻഡ് ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് ലെജിസ്ലേറ്റീവ് ലോ (ബി.കോം എൽഎൽബി) വാണിജ്യവും നിയമവും സംബന്ധിച്ച പഠനത്തിന്റെ ഒരു സംയോജനമാണ്. വാണിജ്യം എന്നാൽ രണ്ട് ആളുകൾക്കും രാജ്യങ്ങൾക്കും പ്രദേശങ്ങൾക്കും ഇടയിലുള്ള ചരക്കുകളുടെയും സേവനങ്ങളുടെയും വ്യാപാരമാണ്. ബി.കോം എൽഎൽബിയിൽ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന കൊമേഴ്സ് വിഷയങ്ങൾ ബിസിനസ് സ്ഥിതിവിവരക്കണക്കുകൾ, ബിസിനസ് ആശയവിനിമയം, സാമ്പത്തികശാസ്ത്രം, ഓഡിറ്റിംഗ് എന്നിവയാണ്. അതേസമയം നിയമ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ഉപഭോക്തൃ സംരക്ഷണ നിയമം, സമ്പർക്ക നിയമം, ഭരണഘടനാ നിയമം, കുറ്റകൃത്യങ്ങളുടെ നിയമം, ചട്ടങ്ങളുടെ വ്യാഖ്യാനം, നിയമ ഭാഷ, ഭരണഘടന നിയമം എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. ബിസിനസ് നിയമത്തെയും നിയമനിർമ്മാണ ചട്ടങ്ങളെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവോടെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ ഒരുക്കുന്ന ഒരു പ്രത്യേക നിയമ കോഴ്സാണിത്.
Course Eligibility:
- Aspirants meet the eligibility criteria for BCom LLB course if they have completed their Plus Two from a recognised board. Apart from this, most law colleges/ institutes also state that candidates are eligible to apply for a BCom LLB course if they secure a minimum 45% to 50% marks at their Plus Two level. SC/ ST category candidates meet the eligibility criteria if they secure the minimum marks percentage of 40%- 45%.
