Overview

നാഷണൽ അക്കാഡമി ഓഫ് ലീഗൽ സ്റ്റഡീസ് ആൻഡ് റിസർച്ച് (എൻഎഎൽഎസ്എആർ) 1998-ൽ ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശ് സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ചട്ടപ്രകാരം സ്ഥാപിതമായി. രാജ്യത്തുടനീളമുള്ള വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളും സ്വദേശത്തുനിന്നും വിദേശത്തുനിന്നും വരുന്ന ഫാക്കൽറ്റികളും ഉള്ളതിനാൽ, എൻഎഎൽഎസ്എആർ രാജ്യത്തെ മുൻനിര നിയമവിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായി കണക്കാക്കുന്നു. തൽഫലമായി, വിവിധ ബിരുദ, ഡിപ്ലോമ കോഴ്സുകളിലെ പാഠ്യപദ്ധതി വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലും നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിലും നിയമം, സാമൂഹിക ശാസ്ത്രം, ഹ്യുമാനിറ്റീസ്, മാനേജ്മെന്റ് പഠനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയുടെ വിഷയങ്ങൾ തമ്മിൽ ഒത്തുചേരുന്നു.

Programmes Offered

1.BA LLB (Honours)

Eligibility

• Candidates must secure 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in Plus two or equivalent.
• Candidates who are appearing in qualifying examination in April/May of admission year are also eligible.

Entrance Examination

• Selection of the candidate will be based on the rank in the merit list of CLAT examination.

2.LLM

Eligibility

• Candidates must have at least 55% marks in LLB or equivalent degree.
• For reserved categories minimum marks is 50%.
• Candidate appearing in final year of qualifying examination are also eligible for the admission.

Entrance Examination

• For admission in NALSAR LLM Course. Candidate needs to apply for CLAT Exam.

3.MBA (Finance, Marketing, HR Management)

Eligibility

• Graduates of any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized institute/university and candidates appearing in the qualifying exam (Final Year) are also eligible to apply
  Candidates with CAT, GMAT, XAT, GRE scores need not to appear for NMET
  Those appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the MBA programme.

Entrance Examination

• Candidates will be evaluated on the basis of scores in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ NMET, academics performance, professional achievements, GD and PI.

4.Master of Laws [L.L.M] + Ph.D.

Elgibility

• The candidate shall have an LL.M. Degree from any recognised University securing not less than ‘B+’ grade or an aggregate of 55% marks or its equivalent.
  However, this condition is relaxed to 50% marks or its equivalent in case of candidates belonging to SC / ST / Persons with Disability (inserted by E.C. February 25, 2013)

Entrance Examination

• Entrance examination conducted by NALSAR
• All the candidates should appear for admission test except those candidates who have qualified UGC NET / JRF, SLET / M.Phil. as per the Regulations.
