മൈക്രോബയോളജി, ഓർഗാനിക്, കെമിസ്ട്രി, ബയോകെമിസ്ട്രി, മോളിക്യൂലർ ബയോളജി എന്നീ വിഷയങ്ങളുടെ കോമ്പിനേഷന്‍ ആണ് M.Sc Fermentation & Microbial Technology.
