ആസൂത്രണം, വാസ്തുവിദ്യ എന്നീ മേഖലകളിൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന, ഇന്ത്യാ ഗവൺമെന്റിന്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മന്ത്രാലയത്തിന് (MoE) കീഴിൽ, ദേശീയ പ്രാധാന്യമുള്ള മൂന്ന് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നാണ് SPA വിജയവാഡ. ആസൂത്രണം, വാസ്തുവിദ്യ എന്നീ മേഖലകളിൽ ബിരുദ, ബിരുദാനന്തര, ഡോക്ടറൽ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകൾ വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രൊഫഷണൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിൽ സ്വയം വേറിട്ടുനിൽക്കുകയും ഒരു മാതൃകയായി വളരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതോടൊപ്പം ഈ ഡൊമെയ്‌നുകളിൽ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള ഗവേഷണം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യാ ടുഡേ ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ നാഷണൽ സർവേയും റാങ്കിംഗും രാജ്യത്തെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച സാങ്കേതിക സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലൊന്നായി SPA വിജയവാഡയെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു, കൂടാതെ വാസ്തുവിദ്യയിൽ ദേശീയതലത്തിൽ NIRF റാങ്കിംഗിൽ എട്ടാം സ്ഥാനവും നേടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Master of Architecture (Sustainable Architecture)
Eligibility
- CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time. EWS shall be as per the GoI norms.
Master of Architecture (Landscape Architecture)
Eligibility
- B.Arch.CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time. EWS shall be as per the GoI norms.
Master of Architecture (Architectural Conservation) [Self-Financing Course]
Eligibility
- CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time. Master of Building Engineering and Management (Self-Financing Course)
Eligibility
- B.Arch / B.E. or B.Tech (Civil Engineering or Building & Construction Technology or Construction Technology or Construction Technology & Management).CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time. Master of Planning ( Environmental Planning and Management)
Eligibility
- B.Planning / B.Arch / B.Tech (Planning or Civil Engineering) / B.E. (Civil Engineering) / Master’s Degree in Geography or Economics or Sociology.CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in case of Open/OBC candidates in qualifying degree, whereas in case of SC/ST candidates a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-Point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in qualifying degree will be applicable or the applicable GoI norms adopted by the institute from time to time.
