Overview
2018ലെ മധ്യപ്രദേശ് ധർമ്മശാസ്ത്ര നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ഓർഡിനൻസ് പ്രകാരമാണ് മധ്യപ്രദേശ് ധർമ്മശാസ്ത്ര നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി സ്ഥാപിച്ചത്. ജബൽപൂർ വിമാനത്താവളത്തിനോട് ചേർന്നുള്ള പിപാരിയ ഗ്രാമത്തിൽ പച്ചപ്പ് നിറഞ്ഞ ചുറ്റുപാടിൽ 120 ഏക്കർ ഭൂമിയാണ് സർവകലാശാലയ്ക്ക് അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. പാർപ്പിട സൗകര്യം ഉൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ആധുനിക സൗകര്യങ്ങളോടും കൂടിയ അത്യാധുനിക ഇൻഫ്രാസ്ട്രക്ചർ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റിയുടെ പ്രധാന സവിശേഷതയാണ്. കാമ്പസ് സൗകര്യം, ലൈബ്രറി, കംപ്യൂട്ടർ ലാബുകൾ, ഇ-ലൈബ്രറി, മൂട്ട് കോർട്ട് ഹാൾ, കായിക സൗകര്യങ്ങൾ, ഓഡിറ്റോറിയം, താമസത്തിനുള്ള ഹോസ്റ്റൽ, മെസ്, കാന്റീന് എന്നി സൗകര്യങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ടെലികമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷൻ, ഒഎഫ്‌സി, മൊബൈൽ, ഡാറ്റാ കമ്മ്യൂണിക്കേഷൻ, ഐടി, സ്വിച്ചിംഗ്, ഫിനാൻസ്, മാനേജ്‌മെന്റ് തുടങ്ങിയ മേഖലകളിൽ അത്യാധുനിക സാങ്കേതിക ലാബുകളുടെ അത്യാധുനിക സജ്ജീകരണങ്ങളോടെ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള പരിശീലനങ്ങളും നൽകുന്നു. ചടുലമായ നിയമ സംസ്കാരം നമ്മുടേത് പോലെയുള്ള ഒരു വികസ്വര രാജ്യത്തിന് വളരെ പ്രധാനമാണ്. നിയമവിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിന്റെ വികസനത്തിനും പുരോഗതിക്കും വേണ്ടിയുള്ള ഗവേഷണ സംസ്കാരം പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും നിയമത്തെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള അറിവ് നൽകുകയും പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക എന്നതാണ് ധർമശാസ്‌ത്ര നാഷണൽ ലോ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി, ജബൽപുർ-ന്റെ കാഴ്ചപ്പാട്. നിയമവിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്കും ഗവേഷണ പണ്ഡിതന്മാർക്കും അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റീവ് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർക്കും പ്രത്യേകവും ചിട്ടയായ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങളും പരിശീലനവും നൽകാനും യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു. അർദ്ധ-ഭരണപരമായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ. വിജ്ഞാനത്തിൽ അധിഷ്ഠിതമായ സ്ഥാപനം മാത്രമല്ല, സർഗ്ഗാത്മകതയും വിവേകവും നയിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം കൂടിയാണ് സർവകലാശാല ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.
Programmes Offered
1.B.A LLB(Hons)
- It shall be a five-year integrated degree programme and would follow the syllabus mentioned in the BCI Rules along with the specialization of elective domain.
Eligibility
- Candidate must have obtained a Senior Secondary School/Intermediate (10+2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with no less than 45% of the total marks in aggregate (40% In case of SC and ST candidates).
He/She must appear in CLAT Exam (it is as per the CLAT score of the candidate that the university will notify the list of selected and waitlisted candidates).

Eligibility
- A person who has passed the LL.B. (Professional Degree examination)/ B.A., LL.B. (Five Years Course) from any University, recognized by BCI, with minimum fifty per cent (50%) marks in the AGGREGATE of all the years of the respective course Forty five per cent (45%) in the case of SC/ST) shall be eligible for admission to the LL.M. Course
- Candidate appearing in/awaiting result of the qualifying examination may also apply and appear provisionally for the Admission Test subject to the condition that they produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination with the prescribed marks at the time of Interview/Counselling.
Entrance Examination
- The Admission shall be based exclusively on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)
