Course Introduction:
എം.എസ്സി. ഫിസിക്കൽ ഓഷ്യാനോഗ്രഫി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് സയൻസ് ഇൻ ഫിസിക്കൽ ഓഷ്യാനോഗ്രഫി ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര സമുദ്രശാസ്ത്ര കോഴ്സാണ്. സമുദ്രത്തിലെ ഭൗതിക അവസ്ഥകളെയും ഭൗതിക പ്രക്രിയകളെയും കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിശാലമായ പഠനമാണ് ഭൗതിക സമുദ്രശാസ്ത്രം, പ്രധാനമായും സമുദ്രജലത്തിന്റെ ചലനങ്ങളും ഭൗതിക സവിശേഷതകളുമാണ് ഇതിലെ പ്രധാന വിഷയങ്ങൾ. കോഴ്‌സിന്റെ കാലാവധി രണ്ട് വർഷമാണ്, വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ ശേഷം സർക്കാർ, സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലകളിൽ നിരവധി തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങൾ വിദ്ധ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കുന്നു. ആഴത്തിലുള്ള സമുദ്രവിജ്ഞാനം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് നൽകുക എന്നതാണ് കോഴ്‌സിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം.
