എൽഎൽഎം ലേബർ ലോ ആൻഡ് അഡ്മിനിസ്‌ട്രേറ്റീവ് ലോ ഒരു ബിരുദന്തര ബിരുദ കോഴ്‌സാണ്. രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ നിയമ വ്യവസ്ഥിതിയെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കികൊണ്ടു രൂപവൽക്കരിച്ച ഒരു പ്രോഗ്രാമാണ് ഇത്. ഈ പ്രോഗ്രാം വിപുലമായ തലത്തിൽ, ജുഡീഷ്യറിയുടെ മേഖല, അതിന്റെ വ്യാപ്തി, പരമ്പരാഗത നിയമത്തിന്റെ വശങ്ങൾ, വ്യക്തിഗത അധിഷ്ഠിതവും സാമൂഹികവുമായ കോണുകൾ, പവിത്രവും അംഗീകൃതവുമായ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, സാധാരണ ഉറപ്പ്, സാമ്പത്തിക ശേഷി എന്നിവയ്ക്കിടയിൽ യോജിപ്പുണ്ടാക്കാനുള്ള വഴികൾ എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് ഗവേഷണം നടത്തുന്നു. ഇതു കൂടാതെ ജോലി സംബന്ധമായ നിയമം, ബിസിനസ്സ് അവശ്യങ്ങൾ, പരമ്പരാഗത നിയമങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധന, അന്വേഷണം, ആധുനിക നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥ, ഔദ്യോഗിക, അനൗദ്യോഗിക ഉള്ളടക്ക നിർണയം, ജോലി സംബന്ധമായ ആശയങ്ങൾ, വ്യാപ്തി, ശേഷി എന്നിവയിലും വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ആഴത്തിലുള്ള അറിവ് നൽകുന്നു.
