ബിടെക് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ബയോടെക്നോളജി എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് 4 വർഷത്തെ ബിരുദ ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ബയോടെക്നോളജി കോഴ്സാണ്, ഇത് 8 സെമസ്റ്റർ ആയി തിരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഉൽപ്പാദനം, ബദൽ ഉര്‍‍ജ്ജം , ബയോ മെറ്റീരിയലുകൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള വ്യാവസായിക ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ബയോടെക്നോളജിയുടെ പ്രയോഗമാണ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രിയൽ ബയോടെക്നോളജി.വ്യാവസായികമായി ഉപയോഗപ്രദമായ ഉൽ‌പ്പന്നങ്ങൾ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിന് സെല്ലുകൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ എൻ‌സൈമുകൾ പോലുള്ള സെല്ലുകളുടെ ഘടകങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന രീതി ഇതിൽ അടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു. നാലു വർഷ കാലാവധിയുള്ള ഈ കോഴ്സ് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വ്യവസായിക മേഖലയിൽ ഒരുപാട് തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങളാണ് ഒരുക്കുന്നത്.
