Course Introduction:
ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പല പ്രശസ്ത കോളേജുകളും ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ ബാച്ചിലർ ഓഫ് ലോ ബിരുദമാണ് എൽഎൽബി. എന്നിരുന്നാലും, ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാത്രമേ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഈ നിയമ കോഴ്സ് പിന്തുടരാനാകൂ. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ എല്ലാ ലോ-കോളേജുകളിലും നൽകുന്ന മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ എൽഎൽബി കോഴ്സ് നിയന്ത്രിക്കുന്നത് ബാർ കൗൺസിൽ ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യ (ബിസിഐ) ആണ്. പാഠ്യപദ്ധതി ആറ് സെമസ്റ്ററുകളായി വിഭജിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന തരത്തിലാണ് മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ നിയമ കോഴ്സിന്റെ ഘടന. ഈ മൂന്ന് വർഷത്തെ എൽഎൽബി കോഴ്സിന്റെ എല്ലാ സെമസ്റ്ററുകളും പൂർത്തിയാകുമ്പോൾ മാത്രമാണ് ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ബിരുദം നൽകുന്നത്. എൽഎൽബി ഒരു കോഴ്സ് എന്ന നിലയിൽ, നിയമത്തിന്റെയും ജുഡീഷ്യറിയുടെയും സങ്കീർണതകൾ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
