Course Introduction:

B.Sc. Aquaculture എന്നത് ഒരു ബിരുദ അക്വാകൾച്ചർ കോഴ്സാണ്. അക്വാകൾച്ചർ ശാസ്ത്രത്തെ ഏറ്റവും പ്രായോഗിക തലത്തിൽ പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നു ഈ കോഴ്സിൽ, മത്സ്യകൃഷി മാത്രമല്ല. മോളുസ്ക്സ്‌ (ഓയിസ്റ്റെർസ്, അബലോൺ, സ്കല്ലോപ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടെ), ക്രസ്റ്റേഷ്യനുകൾ (ചെമ്മീൻ, ശുദ്ധജല / മറൈൻ ക്രേഫിഷ്), കടൽ‌ച്ചീര പോലുള്ള ജലസസ്യങ്ങളും അക്വാകൾച്ചറിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. ആരോഗ്യവും സുരക്ഷയും സംബന്ധിച്ച പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, പ്രായോഗിക, മാനേജ്മെൻ്റ് പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ, ബിസിനസ്, ആശയവിനിമയ കഴിവുകൾ എന്നിവയുമായി പ്രകൃതി ശാസ്ത്രത്തിലെ ശക്തമായ പശ്ചാത്തലം സംയോജിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലാണ് ഈ ബിരുദം ശ്രദ്ധകേന്ദ്രികരിക്കുന്നതു. അക്വാകൾച്ചർ, സുവോളജി, ബയോകെമിസ്ട്രി എന്നിവയാണ് ഈ കോഴ്സിൻ്റെ കീഴിൽ പഠിക്കുന്ന മറ്റു വിഷയങ്ങൾ.
