Course Introduction:
എം.എസ്സി. കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ടെക്നോളജി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ടെക്നോളജിയിലെ മാസ്റ്റർ ഓഫ് സയൻസ് ഒരു ബിരുദാനന്തര സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് പ്രോഗ്രാം ആണ്. ജോലിചെയ്യാനും കളിക്കാനും ആസ്വദിക്കാനും ഷോപ്പിംഗ് നടത്താനും പഠിക്കാനും സംസാരിക്കാനും വരെ പൊതുവായി ഒരാൾക്ക് ചിന്തിക്കാൻ കഴിയുന്ന എന്തും ചെയ്യാൻ കംപ്യൂട്ടറുകൾ ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്താറുണ്ട്. കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറുകൾ മനുഷ്യരെ നിരവധി മേഖലകളിൽ മാറ്റിസ്ഥാപിച്ചു, അതിനാൽ മനുഷ്യരെ മാറ്റിസ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിൽ പരാജയപ്പെട്ട സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ പട്ടികപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത് എളുപ്പമാണ്. ഗണിത അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ലോജിക്കൽ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു ശ്രേണി സ്വപ്രേരിതമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കാൻ രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്ത് പ്രോഗ്രാം ചെയ്യാവുന്ന യന്ത്രമാണ് കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ. സുരക്ഷാ നടപടികൾ വികസിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നതിനും അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഡാറ്റാബേസ് സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ രൂപകൽപ്പന ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും ഐടി പ്രോജക്റ്റുകളും നെറ്റ്‌വർക്കുകളും കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ കഴിവുകൾ കമ്പ്യൂട്ടർ ഇൻഫർമേഷൻ ടെക്നോളജിക്ക് വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കാൻ കഴിയും. ഇനിപ്പറയുന്ന ഒന്നോ അതിലധികമോ മേഖലകളിൽ വിവരസാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട അറിവും നൈപുണ്യവും നേടാൻ കോഴ്സ് സഹായകരമാണ്.
