BSc Food Science and Nutrition എന്നാൽ  ഫുഡ് ടെക്നോളോജിയെ  അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയുള്ള ഒരു മൂന്ന് വർഷ ബിരുദ കോഴ്‌സാണ്.ഹ്യൂമൻ ന്യൂട്രീഷ്യനും ഫുഡ് സയൻസും തമ്മിലുള്ള സംയോജനത്തിലാണ് ഈ പാഠ്യപദ്ധതി ശ്രദ്ധാകേന്ദ്രികരിക്കുന്നതു.എപ്പിഡെമിയോളജി, ഫുഡ് മൈക്രോബയോളജി, ഫുഡ് സയൻസ്, പബ്ലിക് ഹെൽത്ത്, പ്രാക്ടിക്കൽ ഫിസിയോളജി എന്നിവയാണ് പാഠ്യപദ്ധതിയിലെ പ്രധാന വിഷയങ്ങൾ.
