Overview
2009-ലെ കേന്ദ്ര സർവ്വകലാശാലാ നിയമം (2009-ലെ നമ്പർ 3C) പ്രകാരം പാർലമെന്റ് സ്ഥാപിച്ചതാണ് ഒഡീഷയിലെ കേന്ദ്ര സർവകലാശാല. രാജ്യത്ത് ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള ഉന്നതവിദ്യാഭ്യാസത്തിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രവേശനം വിശാലമാക്കുന്നതിന് കേന്ദ്ര സർവ്വകലാശാല ഇവിടെ സ്ഥാപിക്കാൻ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. എത്തിച്ചേരാത്തവരിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ചേരാൻ 'ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം' പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുക,തദ്ദേശീയവും ആഗോളവുമായ രംഗത്തിന്റെ ആരോഗ്യകരമായ സഹവർത്തിത്വത്തെ വാദിക്കുക, എല്ലാവർക്കും ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം നൽകുക എന്നിവയാണ് സെൻട്രൽ യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി ഓഫ് ഒഡീഷയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ.

- Any candidate with 55% marks in Post-Graduation in Economics from a recognized University/ Institution (5% relaxation will be given to OBC/SC/ST/PwD candidates and for those who had obtained their Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991).
